Blood and Wine's last scene: Geralt goes home to Corvo Bianco and finds someone has let themselves in. Who it is depends on how the main game ended for you. Yennefer comes if you romanced only her, Triss if you romanced only her, and otherwise Ciri, as empress or as a witcher. If Ciri didn't survive, it's Dandelion.

    Ride to Corvo Bianco. The majordomo meets you at the door, flustered because an unknown visitor has barged into the house and wouldn't introduce themselves. Go inside and talk. If the duchess gave you Sangreal at the ceremony, the barrels are already in your cellar.

Tips

  • The visitor is fixed by facts from the base game. Yennefer comes if you were with her and not Triss, Triss if you were with her and not Yennefer. Anyone else gets Ciri, coming as the future empress if she took the throne, or between contracts if she became a witcher. If Ciri died, Dandelion comes instead.
  • If you lifted Marlene's curse and haven't finished The Hunger Game, she's waiting at the vineyard too.
